Hi! I'm Abby. I'm so glad you're here.

I am a physical therapist and fitness coach with over fifteen years of clinical experience, collegiate soccer strength and conditioning coaching, and an even longer-time musician (piano, voice). I combine this expertise to help musicians build their own unique fitness plan so they feel like the athletes they are.
